The scheduler is set to open for the general public of Macon and Taylor counties on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 9:00 am. Residents of Macon and Taylor counties can return at this time to schedule an appointment.
Residents of Crisp, Dooly, Marion, Schley, Sumter, and Webster counties should check back after Memorial Day for more information on when the scheduler will open for your area.
Required information for appointments (no digital copies will be accepted):
- Valid Picture ID
- Social Security cards for all household members
- Proof of income for the past 30 days
- Current electric bill (must be printed out on paper)
**Households with a bill credit of $1,000 or more are ineligible for LIHEAP benefits.**
