Required information for appointments (digital copies will not be accepted):
- Valid Picture ID
- Social Security cards for all household members
- Proof of income for the past 30 days
- Current gas AND electric bill (must be printed out on paper)
**Households with a bill credit of $1,000 or more are ineligible for LIHEAP benefits.**
